About Us
Freda's Food Truck Trailer was establised in 2018. This is a family owned and operated business. Freda is our head chef. Freda's husband Matt is the Grill-master and sometimes casher. Her sister Carrie sometimes helps with the cooking and sometimes her son Nick will help where ever he is needed. Our mission is to provide great street food at a reasonable price.
What Is Street Food?
Street food is any prepared food or drink that is typically made by a street vendor and sold to customers. The dishes are made of an array of food that is designed to be carried and eaten on the go.
About Our Menu
Our menu is alway revolving depending on the event or the staff that are working. Lately, we have not had the manpower to run all the stations in the trailer due to illness so, Freda has be specializing in Gourmet Nachos.
Gourmet Nachos
Pulled Pork Nachos, Pulled Chicken Nachos, Spilt Personality Nachos (Pulled Pork and Pulled Chicken), Loaded Mexican Nachos, Hawaiian Nachos, Makin' Jamaican Jerk Chicken Nachos, Rancho Nachos and our regular small Nachos. This year, Freda is adding a new nacho the Wild Buffalo Chicken Nachos.

The Beast
The Beast is an original 1955 food trailer. It was found rotting in a barn by another couple and served them for a couple of years until they out grew it. Freda and Matt found it while doing a fundraiser with the Boy Scouts. Freda took it as a sign, since she had always wanted a food truck and her Scouts were all aging out of the Troop. Freda and Matt bought the Beast and brought it home where they started the renovation with her nephew Curt. They nickname it the Beast because of how heavy it is. Since it was made in the 1950's, it was built to last, it weighs 10,000 pounds.
